When you make a purchase at zenzpro.com, run by ZENZ Organic Products ApS (hereafter referred to as ZENZ), you simultaneously accept the following terms and conditions.

The terms and conditions apply in cases where no other written agreements have been made between you and ZENZ. We recommend that you read these terms carefully before you shop on zenzpro.com

As a customer, it is your responsibility to be up to date with the applicable terms and conditions. 

CHANGE OF TERMS AND CONDITIONS

ZENZ reserves the right to revise and change these terms and conditions from time to time. Changed terms and conditions will not be announced, just updated on this page.

You will be subject to the terms and conditions that apply at the time you order an item from us, unless the change is due to us being required by law or governmental intervention to change our terms. In such cases, previous orders ordered by you will be subject to these updated terms. 

APPLICABLE LAW AND VENUE

Purchase of goods at zenzpro.com is governed by Danish law. Any dispute is settled by the ordinary Courts of Denmark.

OPEN 24 HOURS A DAY

www.zenzpro.com is, as far as possible, open for shopping 24 hours a day. There may be interruptions, such as system updates from us or our IT supplier. In principle, this kind of minor interruptions will not be announced.
Long-term system updates will be announced to recipients of ZENZ Newsletter.

ORDERING PRODUCTS

zenzpro.com is a B2B webshop and it is therefore only possible to order on zenzpro.com as a business operator.

In order to see prices and order products, you must request to have a customer profile created based on your company information. If you are approved by ZENZ, you will receive a login to zenzpro.com, which you can use to order products.

When you are logged in to your customer profile, you can see prices and choose the items you want to buy and add them to the virtual "shopping basket" by pressing "add to bag".

You can continuously correct the contents of the shopping basket, just as you can check the contents and keep an eye on the price of all selected items. Any additional costs for shipping and payment card fees will only be calculated/added to the total amount immediately before you have to pay.

When you are ready to place your order, you click on "check out", after which you will be asked to enter your full name, address, e-mail, telephone number, as well as choose payment and delivery method. 

ATTENTION!
Your order will be processed immediately, which is why you must pay extra attention before completing your order. If it should happen that you have made a mistake when placing your order, please contact us immediately by e-mail: pro@zenzorganic.com, and customer service will help you. Always remember to check your order before you approve the payment.

RECEIVING ORDERS

Once you have ordered an item from ZENZ, you will receive a receipt of your order. Please note that a binding purchase agreement has only been entered into when you have received confirmation that the order has been accepted and the goods have been dispatched.

We reserve the right to refuse your order. This may be based on the fact that the item is no longer in stock, or if your payment has not been completed either due to technical errors or incorrectly entered information etc. ZENZ cannot be held responsible for rejected or canceled orders. Likewise, compensation is not given for orders that are rejected.

PAYMENT

Payments on zenzpro.com are made using a credit card. You are responsible for the correct credit card information provided.

Credit card information is transmitted via zenzpro.com to PBS on a secure and encrypted SSL connection. Thus, ZENZ therefore does not have access to your payment card information.

Your credit card will not be charged until the goods have been shipped and a confirmation of shipment has been emailed to you.

Reservations are made for out-of-stock items or errors in stock status. If an ordered item is not in stock and therefore cannot be delivered, the item will be deleted from your order and the amount for the item in question will not be debited from your card.

INVOICE

When your order is on its way, you will receive an email to this effect. In this email you will find the invoice for your purchase.

PRICES

All prices on zenzpro.com are exclusive of VAT and stated in Euros (EUR). VAT and shipping are calculated at "check out". ZENZ may change prices without notice. However, the prices you see on zenzpro.com will be valid at the time of purchase, subject to errors and omissions.

DISCOUNT CODES

When using discount codes, only one discount code can be used at a time. It is not possible to apply discount codes to already reduced goods, yearly cards, discount cards, gift cards as well as various gift packages and special offers.

DELIVERY

We deliver to most of the world. Please contact us to find out if we deliver to your location.

As a standard we offer free delivery on orders above 300 EUR (Greenland, Iceland and the Faroe Islands not included). On orders on 299 EUR and less, shipping costs will be calculated and added at the checkout.

All orders are handled by Bring, and will be delivered by one of their shipping partners unless otherwise agreed separately between the buyer and ZENZ. The order is sent as business delivery to the selected delivery address.

Please be aware that deliveries to non-bridged islands may take longer.

At ZENZ, we strive for fast delivery. All orders are dispatched within 1-3 working days. In connection with sales, a longer delivery time must be expected. Public holidays in Denmark, where our warehouse is located, may affect the delivery time.

Should delays occur with our freight partner, ZENZ cannot be held responsible.

If the order cannot be delivered to the address due to, for example, a closing day, our shipping partner will try again the following day.

COMPLAINT OR WRONG ITEM DELIVERED

On receiving your order, you must check it for any errors or defects, which must be claimed no later than 3 days after receiving the order.

It is your duty to indicate and, on request, show how the error or deficiency manifests itself. It is a requirement that the complaint is justified and that the defect did not arise as a result of incorrect use of the product or other damage-causing behaviour.

Remember that it is your duty to return the item in substantially the same condition and quantity as it was received. This also applies to the packaging and the information signs on the product. Remember to keep the original packaging, as the product in case of complaints or damages must be returned in the original packaging.

If you have received an incorrect item compared to what you ordered, please contact us by e-mail: pro@zenzorganic.com. In your e-mail, state the order's reference number, your name and address, telephone number and the product's details, as well as the reason for the desired return or exchange.

We do our very best to respond to any inquiries within 48 hours. In our response, we will advise on how the further return process should take place. If the error is confirmed by us, you will either receive a new item or you will be refunded the purchase amount.

Contact us at pro@zenzorganic.com in the event of a complaint or wrong item delivered.

REFUND

Upon receiving your return item, we check it, and you will be reimbursed the amount you paid to us at the time of purchase, if the item is in unused and salable condition. The amount is always transferred to the same means of payment with which you paid for the purchase. If you have paid by card, the purchase amount will be refunded to the payment card you used for the purchase. According to consumer regulations, the amount must be repaid within 14 days of receiving the item. However, we always endeavor to refund the money immediately after receiving the item.

Be aware that you may lose your purchase amount in whole or in part. This happens if the value of the item has deteriorated because: you have actually put the item into use if the sticker/label has been removed in whole or in part, or if this is missing, or if the item has been damaged while you were responsible for it, if you have handled the item in a different way, than was necessary for you to determine the nature of the product, its properties and the way it works.

If you have used the product beyond what is necessary to establish the product's nature, characteristics and the way it functions, we reserve the right, after a thorough evaluation in each case, to reduce the refund or to cancel the refund entirely.

PERSONAL INFORMATION

In order to shop at www.zenzpro.com, you must provide at least:

1. Your full name
2. Address
3. E-mail address
4. Phone number

The above data is stored with information on the goods you have purchased for 5 years from the end of the financial year to which the information relates, cf. Section 10 of the Danish Bookkeeping Act, after which the information is deleted.

Information is not passed on or sold to any third parties, unless this happens in connection with a restructuring or a full or partial sale of the company. Any disclosure in such a situation will take place in accordance with the personal data legislation in force at any time.

As a customer, you have the right to gain insight into our registration of data about you, and you can object to a registration in accordance with the Danish laws on the Personal Data Processing Act. Inquiries in this regard should be addressed to ZENZ via e-mail pro@zenzorganic.com.

A cookie is a small data file that is placed on your computer to keep track of what is happening during your visit and to recognize the computer.
